About the Firm

Varjabedian Attorneys is a professional corporation, established by Christopher S. Varjabedian in 1984.  The office has been located at the Onyx Building, at 29777 Telegraph Rd., Southfield, Michigan, just north of Twelve Mile Rd.  The firm aggressively pursues compensation for injured victims and has won millions for its clients.  Mr. Varjabedian and his associates have successfully represented thousands of clients against insurance companies, corporations and others.

We have always offered to work on a contingency basis, meaning there is no fee unless and until we win.  Simply put, NO WIN NO FEE.  This is the best arrangement for the injured client because the attorney knows he won’t get paid unless he wins.  So the interests of the client and his attorney fit together like hand in glove.  Attorneys hired on an hourly fee basis do not have the same incentive because they get paid even when their client loses.

The firm has represented many families for wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, fractured bones, bulging or herniated discs in the spinal column, fractured vertebrae, nerve injuries, burn injuries, psychological injuries, extreme humiliation, invasion of privacy and defamation.  These debilitating conditions arise out of vehicle crashes, trips and falls, fires, dog bites, and civil rights violations including police misconduct.  We collect damages for our clients, including pain and suffering, mental anguish, wage loss, medical bills, insurance benefits, the cost of household services that can not be performed, and attendant care and nursing services.  In auto cases, we frequently sue insurance companies for their failure to pay medical bills, wage loss and replacement services owing under Michigan’s No-Fault law.
